Thank you very much for the speedy follow up. Just a quick note- I submitted an Internet inquiry with both Bryan and Banner Chevrolet and you guys smoked them! By the time I'd heard back from Banner, I'd already purchased a 2011 Camaro from you guys. I can't say enough about my experience with the staff at Bryan. Fast, polite, professional... Truly one of the nicest experiences I've ever had purchasing a car. Jennifer Belisle was super fast responding to my initial inquiry (I even think she may have responded while she was on her lunch hour!)- then Jimmy Del Toro and Tony Ruffino stepped in and made it all come together. At the end of the day, I rolled off the lot with a smile from ear to ear in a car that I LOVE. I am writing this to let you know what a wonderful experience I had buying my 2009 Chevy Silverado from Bryan Chevrolet last month. It was hands-down the best automobile buying experience I have ever had either new or used. I was referred to Bryan Chevrolet by a friend of mine who told me of his experiences and I have to say the professional service I received from John Malone and the entire Bryan team far exceeded the great service my friend described. The car is OUTSTANDING!!! I had a blast driving it home. On the way home there must have been hundreds of people taking pictures and giving me the thumbs up, even guys with BMW’s and Mercedes. I spent all day Saturday polishing it and it is absolutely flawless!!! I LOVE IT!! My wife and I attended a car cruise in Spring Texas last night where the were probably 100 hot rods and the Camaro drew the moist attention of any car there, it even upstaged a black with white hockey striped 2010 Camaro. The Inferno orange with the white stripes definitely stands out!

As much as I can be a pain Keith and Susan still went the extra mile and I appreciate everything they have done. As you know I live in Houston and their service was so good that ask Keith to sign me up as soon as the convertible is available for order.

I met and spoke with you at the dealership on Thursday July 2 regarding the problem I had with my Suburban that I had emailed you about a few weeks ago. And because of the manner in which you responded and your willingness to assist me, I ultimately purchased a new Silverado truck from Bryan that same day.

The primary reason for the purchase of another GM product, and especially for buying from Bryan again, was your immediate and courteous response to my original email inquiry about the Suburban problem.
